In 2022, Nick and Cassi Sawhill established Camp Creek Acres, a family-owned agritourism and recreational services business. The journey into this business began with a flower farm in the summer of 2023. We look forward to expanding upon our flower farm and offering additional services in years to come. *A great activity for any occasion, but also consider for birthday parties, date night, bachelorette parties, etc*
Bring friends and/or family to pick your own bouquet right here on the farm! See "Schedule" to view available times and then call, text, email, or fb message to reserve your spot! We will allow up to 25 guests at a time. If your group is smaller, we may allow another group to pick at the same time. You will receive a cup at the beginning of the experience and a brief demonstration on how to pick. Then you'll pick your favorite flowers! We will have a table available where you can either arrange your bouquet into a vase at the end or wrap in floral paper to take and arrange at home. You are welcome to bring your own vase. Otherwise, we will have mason jars and vases available for purchase.

Subscription Service
We will offer two options for subscription service in 2024. Subscription flower orders will be satisfied in the months of July, August, and possibly September. Subscribers will be notified when we expect subscriptions to begin based on the growth of our flowers. If for any reason we would be unable to fulfill an order (example, weather damage to our flower crop), the subscriber would be reimbursed the portion of money paid for the missed bouquet(s).
Delivery Option
We're taking up to 15 delivery subscriptions for summer 2024 offered on a first come, first serve basis. Subscribers must live in Runnells. Bouquets will be arranged in jars and dropped off to the subscriber's home. Bouquets must be in jars, this way, if no-one is home, bouquet can be placed on doorstep. Subscribers are welcome to keep weekly jar or return. Delivery will take place Sunday afternoons between 12-2pm. Please contact us to place your order for subscription. Money must be paid in full before we will deliver. Venmo or cash accepted.

Pickup Option
We're taking up to 15 subscribers for our pickup subscription. The bouquets will be our wrapped market bouquets and will be available for pickup every Tuesday from 5-7pm at the Runnells Farmer's Market. Please contact us to place your order for subscription. Money must be paid in full before we fulfill your order. Venmo or cash accepted.

Runnells Farmer's Market
We will be at the Runnells Farmer's Market each Tuesday evening from 5-7pm. If you are looking for an occasional floral bouquet to brighten your home, come see us there and support local!

Luxury Picnics
Enjoy the beauty of nature while you relax and unwind with one of our luxury picnics! While these picnics are a fun way to treat yourself and loved ones anytime, they are also an ultra special way to celebrate birthdays, bachelorette parties, marriage proposals, anniversaries, or any special occasion in your life.
The picnic set-up will include a short table, rugs, ground cushions, decor, and place settings for a cozy, relaxing, and beautiful experience. In true picnic fashion, seating will be on the ground.
Included in base price:
- Setup and teardown
- Iced water and lemonade
- Lawn and board games
- Chalk easel for a special message (please let us know the message you wish to be displayed prior to event)
- 5 edited photos in digital format (will be taken at beginning of event)
- Bluetooth speaker
- Seasonal activities such as apple or flower picking
Fall and Spring picnics will be held in our back apple orchards which will allow guests to enjoy the beauty of the blossoming trees in the spring and pick apples in the fall. *Please note this location will require a short walk.
Summer picnics will be held at the front of the property close to the flower gardens. You will have access to the garden to pick your own bouquet(s). One 25 stem bouquet per guest is allowed.
Please Note:
- A portable restroom is located at the front of the property for guests to use.
- At this time we DO NOT have a liquor license and cannot allow any liquor on the property.
- Duration of the picnics will be 2.5 hours. Available times can be seen on the schedule tab of this website. Please contact us to book.
Kid's Tea Party Picnic
Make your little one's birthday or special occasion magical with our Tea Party Picnic! Dress up is encouraged for maximum fancy fun but not required! ☺️ These picnics will be held at the front of our property (minimal walking for little legs!) and will include a short table, rugs, ground cushions, decor and tea party style place settings.

- Chalk easel for your special message to the birthday kid!
- 5 edited photos in digital format (will be taken at the beginning of event)

Pricing
A $25 deposit will be required at the time of scheduling for all picnics. If the weather doesn't allow for the picnic to take place, you may reschedule your time or receive a full refund. If you need to cancel for other reasons, please give us at least 48 hours notice in order to receive your deposit back. Remaining amount to be paid on day of picnic or before. Cash, Venmo, or check accepted.

- Assorted charcuterie (fruit, crackers, meat, cheese, nuts, chocolate) and assorted cupcakes (2/person). Please let us know of any allergies.
- Water and lemonade are complimentary. The lemonade can be switched with a different non-alcoholic beverage of your choice upon request.

Kid's Tea Party Picnic Base Price:
$175 - Up to 8 guests max (not including adult chaperones). At least 1 adult chaperone must be present for the entire event.
Bouquet Bar Add On:
Bouquet bar of priorly cut floral stems for the kids to each make their own 10 stem bouquet. (Only available when flowers are in season, please ask)..............$75
Food Add On:
- Kid friendly charcuterie (fruit, crackers, meat, cheese)....$50
- Water and lemonade are complimentary. The lemonade can be switched with a different beverage of your choice upon request.
You are welcome to bring any additional food and beverages to the picnic, such as the birthday cake, etc.
Photography
There is too much beauty out here to not be constantly snapping photos! In light of that, Cassi has purchased a professional camera and is practicing photography. Cassi is a beginning photographer and prices will reflect as much. We also offer the option for you to bring a preferred photographer to the property to take photos with the sunflower field or other photo ops we will be offering. Examples of work taken with the professional camera will be uploaded as they come available for viewing.
Pricing
1 hour free session with Cassi. The 10 best photos will be edited and digitally sent with watermark. If satisfied with the photos, the watermark will be removed, and the 10 edited photos will be digitally sent for $50. Cash, Venmo, or check accepted.
Bring a preferred photographer to take photos of your family at our property for $30. We will make announcements on our Facebook page as to when the sunflower field will be in bloom and about various other photo ops that will be accessible throughout the year.
